We do our best to ensure our products arrive in perfect condition and are well packaged. 



If you need to cancel your order, we'll be as accommodating as we can, but please be aware that we may well have had to turn down other orders to take yours.

Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
If you have paid in full at the time of booking and need to cancel:
Three and seven days you will receive 25% refund 
 Cancel your order between one and three days we do not refund your money.
